Western Style Tips
I personally have always loved western style as I grew up admiring every Ralph Lauren campaign. This recognizable pattern is coined by multiple different key words: southwestern, aztec, or western. Over the years, this style does go in and out so I make sure to keep my cowboy boots, wool sweaters or accessories. As a result, I attempt to pick pieces that are very high quality to make sure I can wear them over decades. I find the brands with the best western fall styles are Ralph Lauren and Pendleton. Although the prices are in the moderate range for the items picked below, the fabric quality makes up for the extra cost. Lastly, HAVE FUN with this style with the diverse color palette and fabrics to create an ultra trendy look or a timeless staple style.
Look of the Week
For my western style look, I am featuring the Ralph Lauren Southwestern Inspired Cardigan as this piece can be worn in multiple different ways with the neutral color palate. As a styling tip, you can pair this sweater with jeans, a ribbed or sweater dress, or cute joggers. I am currently working on planning my outfits for Banff, and I can tell you this cardigan will be on repeat!
