Sweater dresses are available at almost every store during the fall and winter season. I LOVE throwing on a sweater dress in the fall, winter, and even early spring but I personally don’t like how shapeless some of them make me look. As you will see in the photos below I generally like to stay towards slightly thinner fabrics so I can wear a belt or a cute coat over to give some shape. What I recommend doing is really accessorizing to individualize your look. I have all of my accessories including belts, jewelry, shoes, purses, ect in one location so I can pick and chose what will match my outfit. Also, nothing has to exactly match as long as your are either color blocking or sticking with a color theme to create a look. I hope you like my looks below! A lot of my accessories and shoes I collect over long periods of time. I rarely throw away anything in the accessory department because it always comes back in style (aka scrunchies, hair bows, colorful beaded bracelets, shoulder pad tops/sweaters) even if it is a decade later.
