I personally workout between 5-7 days a week so I need a lot of workout clothing. I am a person who could never pay the big bucks for workout gear so I get most of my items are from Amazon or Fabletics. Sometimes I splurge at the more upscale workout stores for a nice jacket that I can wear for years! The items below are all from Amazon at a great price point. I wore each outfit for a few days before posting to see how comfortable they would be, and I was very pleasantly surprised by all the clothing below.
My typical workout routine consists of the following:
- Monday, Wednesday, Saturday: Run (Distance: 4 miles, 5-6 miles, 4 miles)
- Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday: Cycle on Peloton (30-60 minute classes) + 10 minute arm workout + 10 minute ab workout
- Extra day: Elliptical (45 minutes) or Stairmaster (30 minutes)
